As we put so much love into the raw materials and production, we are also occupied with maintenance. We wish the clothes to look great through its whole life cycle and endure frequent and versatile use. It doesn't take a lot of effort, when you know what to do. Please take a few minutes, to study our maintenance instructions.
Orders are dispatched in 1-3 workdays. For Norwegian deliveries Norway Post and Bring normally take from 1-3 days.
You may return products unused, unwased and with all original packaging within 14 days. Just use the enclosed form and follow instructions. Or download here (in Norwegian only, according to law).
Return shipping cost are to be covered by you. More details can be studied in our Terms and Conditions. We do only accept returns on orders from our webshop or sales directly from Heimigarden.

Keep in mind that colors rendred on a screen can be slightly off, compared to reality. We are confident that you will like the colors even more when you see them directly, so it shouldn't be a problem. If you regret, our return policy will be helpful (see above).
We take our quality control very seriously. In the event you should experience material and craftmanship defects, we will repair or replace your product as described in our Terms and Conditions. Normal wear and tear or misuse there is little we can do about. The warranty is eligible to the original owner with receipt. Please contact us for your claim, to receive further instructions by appointment.
